      Pros

      Good benefits and flexible working hours. Good career prospect if you are interested in climbing up the career ladder. Overally nice place to work.

      Cons

      Unfair promotion process. Very political environment if you are eager to go up. Too much work is required . Work/Home balance is no good.

      Pros

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
