      The best days are ahead for UBS. The reputation issues have subsided over the past year and it is in the process of reinventing itself in the U.S.

      Cons

      Culture change is happening for the sake of change in some areas. Merrill Lynch backbiting culture is visible in certain circumstances.

      Pros

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
