      Company has exllent interior Exllent cab facility Nice culture People stay nice for a year Pay scale is good in terms of market standards. Your growth totally depends on under which manager you work

      Long working hours Shift job Increments are poor even you work hard and your reviews are good Huge politics in US team Too much process oriented work Laptops are not provided by company.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
