Pros
Reputation is good for resume. If paired with the right team and management, you can learn so much in a short time. The facilities and support staff are top notch, and the benefits are equally top notch.
Cons
Communication between teams and senior management is very scarce. Some senior managers can treat their team members quite harshly and publicly with no reprimand from their higher ups. It is a high pressure environment, but there should be strict guidelines to maintaining a professional environment at all times.
