Pros
Friendly colleagues and responsive HR and recruiters once the process actually gets started. Some of the offices are nice but others are really run down. Management tries to be motivational and listen although their is often no interest behind it.
Cons
Terribly hierarchical and lack of challenging status quo. You often have to do things just because it has always been that way even if it wastes money and there are more efficient ways of doing things. Never question authority and do as your told.
