      Pros

      Grow fast. Learn a lot and quickly. Nice people. Not too long hours compared with other banks. Family oriented atmosphere.

      Cons

      Benefit is just so so. Cutting cost. Can be stressful,depending on boss. Not that good reputation now. Models and codes are way too complicated.
