Pros

Specific to UBS Wealth Management (as opposed to Investment Solutions): benefits: good overall package and generous vacation days generally laid back culture as far as flexible hours, working from home (although this greatly varies between depatments/teams)

Cons

This is specific to IT/ISD for UBS Wealth Management (as opposed to Investment Solutions): salaries and bonuses are generally significantly (10-20%) below industry averages poor information sharing between groups company is in many ways a Mainframe-shop when the industry is moving on top management / architectrure makes impractical large-sweeping technology/platform decisions - that are large politically driven & misguided. Many people on the ground / middle-managers feel that there's no one really driving the bus on top..

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Cons

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
