Pros

The team I work with is superb. Great people, and the environment here is inclusive, tolerant, and community-centric. The management has an open door policy that allows for questions and concerns to be brought up without fear of reprisal. Lots of community initiatives, and a general feeling that the company cares about the welfare of its employees.

Cons

Career growth isn't a strong suit. Raises and reviews can take a while to occur, and it's not easy to determine a path toward getting a promotion.

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Cons

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
