Pros
The bank is very good at allowing people to make lateral moves in order to get exposure to other business lines.
Cons
The bank treats employees like a number and not like a person. Management constantly changes their mind on how to run the business. The bank doesn't pay based on performance. If your group had a great year, but management doesn't want to grow your business they will underpay and hope you leave.
