Pros
Company helps employees balance work and personal life. The facilities are ok not great. UBS used to have free beer, snacks, etc on Fridays which was great. The coffee choices are excellent. They have the K-cups with lots of choices. The work is challenging but not hectic. There is a huge number of consultants working here.
Cons
Its a hell of a haul if you are out of state, especially during the "school" year. Traffic is brutal at times. An early or late schedule is best in order to avoid being stuck in traffic. Trains are an option for some but not me.
