Decent clients and a strong brand; comp is decent granted your role is a prospecting function bringing in new assets.
Cons
Upward mobility is completely political and arbitrary, lack of diversity makes this a difficult place for minorities if a client facing role is your goal, comp is low compared to competitors. Support teams are grossly under-resourced making it difficult to accomplish things in a timely manner.
