No bonus and no group or team activities. Management is into power play and does not listen to the lower levels. Employees with under AD levels are constantly being ignored and heard. Management will use the excuse of company is downsizing to remove anyone who is not working the way desire. IT is horrible..most terrifying systems i had ever seen . No 360 review at all. No work life balance and your contribution is not rewarded often. Company again using excuse of downsizing. ..but we all know they publish quarterly profits year on year. Opportunities to grow is minimal as the people on top have the say.
