      Pros

      Just like big financial and consulting companies, the benefits are above average. The whole family is recognized. Just like any company, your time there will depend on the type of people you work with. This is not specific to UBS. It is the same as any other company. A little western culture, as it is primarily a Swiss company.

      Cons

      Not anybody's fault, if you end up with not nice people to work with, you get poop.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
