Pros

Great company culture. Tons of great colleagues to learn from. Great WW community to share knowladge, thought and doubts. Possibility to travel as a LTA in another country. Strong feedback culture

Cons

The only real thing I can mention here is the need to travel for some time (but that can of course be a plus if you're interested in visiting new places)
