      Very interesting business, keen on technology and R&D, developing team and co-workers excellent. Freedom under responsibility.

      Cons

      Business at risk, tuff future. Somewhat conservative and reluctant to ordinary changes (actually best performing on fire-brigade projects, which of course is fun).
