very poor senior management Salary reduces year by year ..so funny No recognition from TCS even though you get multiple appreciations from client. Performance management is only to rate you poor and very biased lingually. no respect from senior management. mantra is "Disrespect the individual" .. partiality in terms of hike you need many to recommend you for promotion. $3 for recreation activity per family per year ..( hardly get a coffee) Most of senior management can't even speak to client so all pressure come to developer. a developer gets a goal of increase 30% of revenue from client .. so funny and manager gets rest with a big pay ..hmm.. list goes on and on so final word .. its an institutional slavery
