      I no longer work at Target but it was a great place to work and fun people. OK

      There are no cons except working until 1 am with just a couple people to do go backs.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
