      Pros

      Getting a job at Target is easy.Works well with students and people who are just looking for a part time job.

      Cons

      Horrible pay, alot of work for little pay.Horrible hours.Bad leadership. No ability to move ahead career wise. Late hours if closing.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
