      Executive Internship- Store Level: You will gain amazing hands on experience. I love how I was quickly thrown into the fire and created such a strong bond with my mentor.

      Crazy schedule making it hard to plan but hey, that’s retail!

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
