Pros
1. Free lunch 5+option of catering + coffee n tea 2. Gym, TT, foosball. 3. Work life Balance, which offcourse might be disturbed due to transformation currently going on. 4.excellent and safe Work environment including infrastructure is world class. No complaints. 5. Good salary hikes every year, if you are able to convince that you work, in the annual review. 6. Transport facility at reasonable charge.
Cons
1. Dont join if you are a fresher. 2. You should be very good at projecting your work. I mean just talk. work doesnt matter. 3. Annual review is completely dependent on your manager s perception and not based on how much you have contributed. 4. Extremely low chances of travel.
