      Great people, okay pay, and great work environment.

      Cons

      Little hours unless you have been working there for a while. You have to have a college degree in order to move to management regardless of experience.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
