      Pros

      Depending on your boss, this role can be either very efficient or completely chaotic. When bosses collide on issues there can be tenseness felt in the backroom, but when there is clear leadership things get done fast.

      Cons

      Demanding work that requires a robust personality and must not be a stranger to change. Some days will start earlier than others, and each day brings about it different amounts of work.
