as a whole they tend to follow their core values you can move around within the company if you'd like to do other things (but if you're a huge asset to the team it might be easier to just find a new company)
Cons
benefits are average hard to negotiate salary when you're already in the company not as diverse as they should be, they're kind of reactive to minority events rather than proactive
