      Pros

      Great company to work at. Pays well and good work-life balance as non-management. Gives back to the team for working holidays and big events by catering food, and will occasionally cater food to show appreciation to the team.

      Cons

      Management, like all companies, can be a downside. Not from my experience, but from friends.
