-Strong training culture -Desire to build a diverse team -Encourages healthy life habits at work and outside of work -If you enjoy meeting lots of different types of people, Target can deliver -Ability to get lots of exercise while at work -Company that cares about bringing on the right people to build a solid team -Actually cares about their employees -Always changing to be more efficient and technology driven
Cons
-Hourly wage is competitive with other discount retailers (not high hourly wages) -If you do not enjoy being in a fast paced environment with steady changes, this is not the place for you. -Almost all jobs are highly centered on the customer, therefore you must be willing to have a positive people centered attitude
