      Pros

      Decent pay with some what of a guarantee set schedule an hours. Lots of room to move around and learn new skills all withing the establishment.

      Cons

      Terrible management, not saying all targets have this issue but this is surely one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered. Poor training and difficult to work with your schedule.

      Challenging, fast-paced culture with great rewards.

      Cons

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
