      so many managers want different things out of you, managers aren't consistent with their wants or even the store policy itself. This can lead to confusion between coworkers.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
