      Pros

      Well besides the obvious reason. I think some pros are the 15 minute paid breaks.

      Cons

      If you work night shifts the bosses may be more on you and strict than if you work day shift.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
