Pros

No benefits other than on-time pay.

Cons

If you're lucky, you end up in completely useless projects where you do nothing for 8 hours. If you're lucky, you work from home, or in the office, staring at the screen for 8 hours, doing nothing. If you're unlucky, you answer calls for 8 consecutive hours with 15 minutes TOTAL PER DAY to go to the bathroom (and 30 minutes to eat). There's little point in committing to this company, since when it's time to renew or fire you, everything will be done randomly, without considering performance or KPIs. I repeat the title. If you have no other options and you've hit rock bottom, this company is for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
