Pros

The central location makes it a very nice place to make. Broadmead is right on the doorstep, as is the bus station. The office itself is nice enough. My experience with the management was fine. As with any place, you hear of other people's bad experiences but I had not complaints there.

Cons

The week long training consisted of three and a half days of actual training and then a day and a half of playing games (think hangman and charades) that were in no way related the the job we went on to do. I would say that the training received was inadequate. The trainers, whilst nice enough, were unprofessional, telling a boisterous trainee to "shut the eff up" during some additional training some time into our being there. Quite an amount of information on the "knowledgebase" (the bible we could refer to to assist with our calls) was incorrect but nobody could tell us exactly what was right and what was right until asked which defeated the object of having a knowledgebase. The money was appalling but until the government brings a living wage into law, companies like this will always pay badly.

Pros

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

Cons

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
