Pros

Found some friends there. EVERYBODY can get a job there. Training is like being back to school and paid.

Cons

Pretty much everything else. The supervisors don't do their jobs, nobody is honest with you. Our so called "trainer" was more busy flirting with female coworkers (or even harassing them) than actually helping us with our problems. Personal favors are given to some people. Everybody is treated different. The building was infested with bed bugs, which was denied by HR permanently. We found bed bugs several times and were told we don't know how they look. Health insurance is pricy and the worst I've ever seen. Pay is just above minimum wage in some projects. No paid vacation, no paid holidays. You are monitored constantly and threatened to be fired. The turnover is ridiculous. They hire TONS of people before Christmas and fire them right after the holidays. My position let me manage my time quite flexible, that's the only reason I stayed for almost a year. And that just was because I got treated different from others, because I was hard to replace. A normal csr would have been fired at eight of their so called "points". A quarter point for showing up late, two for a missed shift. I had over twenty sometimes... DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

Pros

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

Cons

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
