Pros

Very employee centered. Objective in the way they treat people and their clients. Competitive salaries. Really practice an open door policy. No bureaucracy or slackness in resolving any concerns. A very well managed company.

Cons

Salaries are competitive. Do not expect out of the world compensation. That is actually one of the biggest reasons this company is stable and financially sound. Life is not easy. One has to earn one's salary. This company is not for the typical managers in the BPO industry who have grown just because of the growth of the industry and not because of their own skills/hard work. This company is for the truly deserving people. If you are not good enough, you will never ever get promoted here. If you have been promoted in TP, then you surely have something solid in you.

Pros

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

Cons

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
