Pros

Fantastic working from home culture - 2 WFH days a week + very flexible to add more as you need. Staff is very friendly and will work with you through the issues Departments work as a team to deliver solutions to different business needs There is always a new way to do something depending on which company you are dealing with, so work is not boring.

Cons

Pay increases do not go hand in hand with your added responsibilities Work culture incentives you to stay up late working - you are seen as someone who's not helping "the team" if you leave when you are supposed to. No visibility over management decisions on where the company is going No professional growth, you are more or less just moving sideways within your own role Discretionary matching on 401(k) which is a waste of resource Pay incentive given as a bonus rather than an increase, in the end you're still stuck with that paycheck More than 2 week vacation time is frowned upon. They will ask you to telecommute if you choose to do that, or give you a really hard time to request it.

Pros

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

Cons

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
