Our people are our greatest asset, and needless to say, the collaboration and camaraderie within the team is of utmost importance to us. One of the ways we foster this is by getting transparency from all colleagues through our regular internal surveys where colleagues can raise their concerns across all aspects of the business and their career experiences, including if there are any friction within their teams.
