Toxic Culture - Senior Associate Strategy& Employee Review

The culture is extremely toxic. No work life balance, work that is done is never good enough due to the bar always being just out of reach. No real mentorship / relationship leaders that do not care about your development. Consistent scoping of projects that are far too large for the team sizes. Team leadership encourages lying about hours to report 50 hours per week when we regularly work 65 - 90 hours per week. The money is not worth the hit you take to your mental health. Stay away.
