Pros
Salary isn't too bad. People are generally nice at first. They have weekly happy hours where you can mingle with your coworkers
Cons
Where do I begin.... the work/life balance is horrible. People here are so obsessed with gossip. So much to the extent that they actually spend a lot of time talking about other people instead of actually working. People get promoted due to politics rather competency here. Also some of the partners are totally incapable of managing a team it makes you wonder how they ever got in that position in the first place.
