Cons

- Low compensation on senior levels compared to competitors - Male dominated ("boys club") with difficulties to create a female welcoming climate - Limited project opportunities outside of 3-4 key sectors - Limited international mobility due to organizational structure of PwC - Culture clash and still limited success of integration with PwC

Pros

You can get a good amount of beach time. If you have a lot going on in your life, that may be a good thing. If you are young and need to learn, don't let that happen. Being busy and grinding (within reason) is more worth it than things being too chill. Some projects that had travel had good culture.

Cons

Layoffs all the time for wrong reasons, way too remote with no ability to get young and hungry people the experience in person they need. Always stressing about utilization.
