Very political company, people are more focused on politics then delivering actual work and that is the culture. if you work for a good Tech. company dont join here, its a bank whatever they might sell you to get you join, dont buy it. 2. No work life balance. People will call you after office hours saying I only need 5 minutes and then it will went on for 3-4 hours. 3. Culture of fear- People here have either never worked for any other company or worked for some unknown small scale tech. company, Top management instigates fear which is carried downwards. 4. No understanding of IT. 5. No focus on IT but hue and cry everyday, but output will be zero.
