      -Flexibility for leaves -Pay scale above than market

      Cons

      -Zero work life balance, every weekend work -Resource crunch, few resources are forced to work for every release -Managers don't value you unless you are leaving the company -No hike after initial pay hike -Working with new technology but people working as developers are forced to do relentless manual and repetitive work -Exhausting change process
