Pros
Very good colleagues, you can learn a lot working with them in a lot of different challenging situations. Different office locations around Italy so you can probably travel sometimes, free coffee and other decent benefits. Too low salary. No growth. If you can do something, you will probably spend many years doing the same thing everyday.
Cons
Lack of communication between the workforce and the management. Managers do not really care about you, you are just a number, a tool to be used to reach a goal. Lots of IDLE. Sometime PMs know nothing about the IT infrastructure, tools and software stack but they pretend to have the right skills and they place you to work on a technology also if you have not the skills in that particular sector.
