      Slack the product is a reflection of slack the people. The company is transparent and thoughtful while being respectful of employees and customers.

      Cons

      Slack is still a young company. Sometimes mistakes are made, but I’m pretty sure that happens everywhere.

      Coworkers are smart, kind, and supportive. Good product. Interesting problems to solve.

      Cons

      Culture has lost its way a bit under Salesforce. Tight budget, hiring freezes, and tight ACV goals and deadlines have changed priorities across the company for the worse. Stock isn't doing well.
