      Good work life balance and good culture

      Cons

      No job security and most of the work is outsourced so not much learning curve plus the hike is very low and if you are hired beyond what your job group is getting then you may not even get hike

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
