      Good working culture with colleagues and managers. Reasonable workload with busy period occasionally. Take safety and personal development seriously and value their employees mental health.

      Cons

      May tend to sometimes value external candidates for top high ranking positions. Big organisation so communication are typically top down and not done F2F.
