      facilities, infrastructure, Transport, Brand Value, learning

      Cons

      It is not the same Shell anymore, care for people is gone with new CEO stepping in. Ruthless job cuts, unplanned & unclear objectives and execution, Impacting lower job staff is not savings when senior leadership level hardly any changes are seen. Re-orgs keep happening every 2 or 3 years once and Mgmt. keeps shifting from old model to new model and vice versa

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
