Pros
A very ideal and fun workplace to be given the culture and the way the company works. I personally enjoyed my 3 years there and really exceled back then. A good place for fresher/junior workforce but for longer term career growth is somewhat too slow and stagnant.
Cons
Promotion are somewhat very limited and strictly held back by your tenure despite your proven capabilities.
