      Great Company, Great Benefits and Bonus

      Cons

      Work-load Team management isn't great Big hierarchy - Multiple stakeholders, but people do not really know what's happening (root cause of issues, then ask Accounts team to be responsible for everything)

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
