      Pay was great. People were willing to work and make accommodations for any of your needs. Learned a lot of about the oil and gas industry.

      Work gets repetitive, and you have to deal with job politics and fake people occasionally.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
