      Pros

      The importance of Work life balance. There are lots of trainings to help the employee improve both on personal and professional aspect

      Cons

      Position upgrade may take years. Employee are ranked based on colleagues' performance. It's not enough that you're doing well. You need to be competitive to outshine others.
