      Quality work Work life balance Good compensation Supporting managers and leadership team Company treats employees with high dignity Company Culture is excellent

      Cons

      Didn't get the bonus in 2020.. and no hikes in 2020 are the only cons I have seen here ( although this was compensated in subsequent years)
