      Pros

      Pay and benefits were great.

      Cons

      At certain plants there were no advancement opportunities due to management hiring unqualified friends. And no response or help from HR when the issues was reported. Underlying racism as well as setting people up for failure and completely ruining advancement opportunities for people by giving horrible IDP's and GPA's.
